Birth Control Cervical Cancer
For women on birth control, cervical cancer risks increase and, thus, may change the way a physician may provide case management such as opting for cone biopsy of a venereal wart.
Oral contraceptives reduce the risk of getting carcinoma only. To minimize the chances of getting the disease women should take the following measures: avoid sexual activity before 18 years old, avoid promiscuous partners or use condoms, and discontinue any tobacco use.

Infections of various types cause dysplasia, which can lead to development of abnormal tissues. Precancers are completely curable when followed up properly.
