Cervical Cancer Test
Women over 35 with suspicious tissue needs a cervical cancer test,(HPV DNA), a biopsy of the cervix, and cryotherapy performed.
Most often doctors recommend surgery for the treatment of moderate or severe dysplasia. Doctors have to follow a certain protocol for liability reasons; however, it is always a good idea to seek a 2nd or even a 3rd opinion before having surgery.
