Human Papilloma Virus And Cervical Cancer
A direct correlation exists between Human Papilloma Virus and cervical cancer progression which can be treated using cryotherapy or LEEP procedure surgery.
The condition is unlikely to progress in women who don’t smoke or have other risk factors. Without treatment severely dysplastic cells penetrate deeper layers of the cervix and spread to other organs, causing invasive form of the disease. It usually takes many years for serious disease of the cervix to develop.
